Advanced Microsoft Access, Excel and Word including macros and programming with visual basic for applications, Visual Studio 2008 (ASP.NET – Visual Basic and C#), SQL Server, ADOBE Captivate, ADOBE Photoshop, WordPress.  Experience in Microsoft Windows XP through to Windows 8 and Office 97 to 2010, troubleshooting, networking and other general assistance.

With an affinity for software in general I learn new software quickly and easily fall into the role of trainer and support for staff following updates and new installations.
